I swam almost everyday in Stockholm this summer. It was so great to stop for a dip on my way home.
Sometimes I sat by the sea until late evening, reading, the sun soft and low, the sound of the little waves, the smell of forest, and I felt so grateful with life for living in a place like this. I felt lucky. I like it here.
I like to live in a place where it’s so easy to swim in the sea. Even when the sky is grey and the wind blows so strong that the pier wobbles a lot.
I saw a deer going out of the forest and into the sea. And a squirrel between houses on my way home.
